Hotel Information

Control 2008 is able to offer a range of accommodation to our conference delegates. Our prefered hotel partner is the Ibis Hotel located at Portland St., Manchester. The hotel is ideally located for easy access for the conference venue, city trasnportations links, Manchester City Centre, and China Town. For more information, please go to the hotel website.

The conference rate is £71.5, including breakfast.

In order to book your room at the hotel, please make your reservation via the following email address: H3142-AM@accor.com, making sure to quote 'CONTROL 2008' in the subject line.

All delegates will be sent a booking confirmation via email along with hotel details and details of how to get to the venue, and all reservations must be made by 25th August. All reservation requests must be made via the email address supplied above - no reservation via website or telephone - otherwise the correct rate will not be applied.

Please note that if you book your accommodation at the Manchester Conference Centre, then you should not book any accommodation with the Hotel. The rooms at the hotels are booked directly through them, but the Manchester Conference Centre are booked through the registration form.

Student Accommodation

The Conference has secured a number of en-suite student accommodation rooms. They are available at £43.50 per night and can be booked via the registration form.
